MARINA PARR MOBILE HOME PARK GUIDELINES
It is the policy of the City to permit a maximum width of 24 ft.
for any mobile home installed in the City's Marina Park Mobile Home
Park. The 24 ft. width shall include ramadas, cabanas, covered
porches, storage units or other construction which would obstruct
the view of other lots.
Landscaping extended beyond the maximum 24 ft. wide trailer space
shall be restricted to no more than 3 ft. in height or as approved
by the park association and the park manager.
Two story mobile homes are not permitted.
This policy shall apply to all applications for the installations
of trailers submitted to the City after January 26, 1976.
