HomeMy WebLinkAbout00 - Non-Agenda Item - HandoutMarch 22, 2016 Non -Agenda Item Thank you Mayor Dixon and honorable city council members for your time this evening. I have come here tonight to speak on the serious health and environmental concerns of the massive spraying of aerosol particulates in our skies. These are not contrails, which disappear within minutes. The dispersants that we see on a daily basis, feather out in a shimmery white haze blocking the sun, darkening our once beautiful blue skies, are part of a climate geoengineering program called Solar Radiation Management. By modifying the albedo of the Earth's surface, or by preventing sunlight from reaching the Earth by using a solar shade, according to NASA and the U.S. Airforce, the purpose is to cool the planet from the sun's heat and thus remediate global warming. The National Academy of Sciences has stated "Modeling studies have shown that large amounts of cooling can be produced by the introduction of tens of millions of tons of aerosols into the stratosphere." So, what exactly are in these aerosols? Nano -particulates, by the likes of Barium, Aluminum -coated fiberglass, radioactive thorium, ethelyn dibromide, Titanium, Strontium, and Chromium to name a few. Another ingredient, Trimethyl benzene, or Sara 313, contains 30% sulphur vapors, are a carcinogen and known to cause irritation to the eyes, drowsiness and dizziness, lung damage, serious damage to health by prolonged exposure through breath. Exposures to barium salts are associated with respiratory, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, metabolic and neurologic effects as they are released by body moisture after inhalation or through transdermal (skin) induction." According to geophysicist Dr. 7 Marvin of the University of San Diego, Sickness almost always follows communities within 1-3 days after the spraying has taken place. Headaches, coughs that 1 won't go away, sore throats and head and upper chest congestion are not uncommon. Honorable representatives of our community, How many people do you know have respiratory problems at this time? Most recently, LA County admitted to cloud seeding the last storm. But what is really going on in Orange County? Why do we see our beautiful cumulus clouds being obliterated as the chemtrails shoot right through them? Why does NASA's own satellite imagery show El Nino storms approaching, only to be dissemated by these aerosol sprays. A National Aeronautics and Space Administration report, notes that normal rainfall droplet formation is disrupted when "more and more pollution particles (aerosols) enter a raincloud." According to Dr. Herndon, these particulates can cause drought in some areas, crop failure, forest die -offs and adverse ecological impacts." As a resident of Newport Beach, I have witnessed countless chemtrails criss-cross our skies day and night. As a teacher in Costa Mesa, I have major concerns that our children are being exposed to these metals without any warnings from state or local authorities. Public Law 105-85 (U.S. Code Title 50, Chapter 32) signed in 1997 only allows the Department of Defense to test biological and chemical weapons if the informed consent was obtained from each American in advance of the testing. WE NEVER RECEIVED NOTICE Of THE TESTING. NOR DID WE GIVE OUR CONSENT. I implore you to immediately begin an investigation into who is being contracted to fly these planes, test municipal water for Barium and Aluminum, and release a public statement alerting community members of the long-term health implications of exposure to these aerosols. Please visit eonengineeringwatch.org. As many others have done, I would encourage you to get your rainwater tested for these metals and you will find them to be well beyond EPA standards And as always keep looking up! Thank you! Public Health 2015, 12 9382 provides extremely strong validation of the hypothesis: Coal fly ash is most likely the aerosolized particulate sprayed in the troposphere by tanker jets for geoengineering, weather -modification and climate -modification purposes. One limitation in the use of commercial laboratories is in their limits of detection for some elements. Note from Figure 2 that the experimental coal fly ash leachate element ratios span six orders of magnitude. When academic research laboratories, with their high sensitivity capabilities, hopefully repeat the post -spray rainwater measurements, additional "matched pairs" for other elements will doubtlessly be added to the coal fly ash "fingerprint" presented in Figure 3. For about fifteen years concerned individuals have sampled water, soil, and other materials in attempt to learn what is being sprayed into the atmosphere. From 15 May 2011 through 15 August 2011, a period intense tanker jet spraying, an individual in Los Angeles, California operated a Honeywell model HHT081 HEPA Filter in her backyard in the vicinity of Olympic and La Cienega Boulevard, Los Angeles, California, 90035. Samples were collected and then transferred via chain -of -custody to American Scientific Laboratory, a state -of -California certified laboratory for analysis of aluminum, barium, and twelve trace elements by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Figure 4 shows concentrations of 14 chemical elements, normalized to aluminum, measured in the Los Angeles HEPA air filter dust for comparison with corresponding average element ratios for un -leached coal fly ash data (Table 1) from [10]. This figure shows the 14 elements measured in the collected filter dust occur in the same relative proportions as similar elements in un -leached coal fly ash from published laboratory investigations [10]. This is strong evidence that the substance emplaced into the troposphere is coal fly ash. At a 99% confidence interval, the two sets of data have the same mean (T-test) and the same variance (F -test). WHAT ARE THEY SPRAYING? YI I G?
