The fee will be based on a market appraisal consistent with Council Policy F-7 and the "depth" of the encroachment as defined in Council Policy L-sz. Increase lifeguarding hours and presence at the Balboa Peninsula Point beaches. 16 PART TWO: Implement Removal and Replacement Plan Plan includes: Parcel level analysis for removal of unpermitted development Implementation will also include stabilization of sandy areas. 3 -Year Maintenance and Monitoring Program Parcel level cost estimates Prepared in Nov. 2013 City should coordinate the Removal Plan. Secure appropriate permits $250,000 for removal and 3 year maintenance Recover all or a portion of the cost from the adjacent property owners.
