TITLE: Ordinance to Waive Past Due Assessments and Associated
Penalties for the Newport Beach Restaurant Association Business
Improvement District
ABSTRACT:
The Newport Beach Restaurant Association Business Improvement District (NBRA BID)
requests City Council's approval for a one-time waiver of delinquent assessments and
the associated penalties for its stakeholder businesses. The item was continued from
the July 12 City Council meeting.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends continuing this item indefinitely.
