• 1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING I11,PROVENE-lU <br />NO. 57 6' <br />AREAS, the City Council of the ' City of Nevport Beach <br />on the 16th day of December, 1929, passed its Resolution of <br />Intention No. 564 'to order the hereinafter described improvement <br />to be made and public work to be done in the City of Newport <br />Beach; and <br />AREAS, after the passage and adoption of Resolution <br />of Intention No. 564, the Street Superintendent of the City of <br />Newport Beach conspicuously posted along the line of the con- <br />templated work and improvement at not more than three hundred <br />(300) feet in distance apart, and /.2, in all, notices of the <br />passage of said Resolution of Intention, headed NOTICE OF PUBLIC <br />WORK, in the manner, form and substance as required by law, and <br />said Street Superint6hdent also caused a notice similar in sub- <br />stance to be published by four (4) consecutive insertions in <br />NE17PORT NEWS, a weekly newspaper published and circulated and <br />of general circulation in the City of Newport Beach, California, <br />and named by said City Council in said Resolution of Intention <br />as the paper in which said notice should appear, all as appears f <br />from the affidavit of Sam Meyers, owner, printer and publisher <br />of said weekly newspaper, and which was filed in the office of the <br />Clerk of the City of Newport Beach on the 31st day of January, <br />1930,.and is now on file therein; and <br />WHEREAS, the`" Sheet' Superi nt e nde'ht of the City of New- <br />port Beach commenced the posting of the notices hereinbefore re- <br />ferred <br />e-ferred to on the 21st day of December, 1929, and fully complet ed <br />the posting thereof on the 21st day of December ,1929 , as appears <br />from the affidavit of JOHN A.
