The final document shall be signed and stamped by a professional engineer licensed in California. The scope and costs provided by Consultant are based upon the assumption that information shall be provided to Consultant as summarized above. If significant differences are identified during the site inspection, and/or information is not readily available, an amendment to the scope of work may be necessary. Consultant shall notify City immediately if an amendment is required. Stearns, Conrad and Schmidt, Consulting Engineers, Inc. DBA SCS Engineers PageA-2 EXHIBIT B SCHEDULE OF BILLING RATES The Project shall be completed on a fixed -fee cost of $2,800.00, assuming that no more than four (4) hours are required to complete the site inspection.
