The City is conducting the engagement with Berlitz via Purchase Order each year rather than a contract for greater ease in administrative and payment matters. The Purchase Order carries a not -to -exceed amount of $2000 in the current fiscal year which expires on June 30, 2021 but that amount can be adjusted if the use of your services warrants the increase. Please consider this notice as formal exercise of the City's ability, pursuant to Section 27, to terminate contract #7405-1, and to transition the stipulated services of that contract over to Purchase Order. For future invoices, please reference the PO number. Thank you for your continued service to the City, and please let me know if you have any questions.
