Approve and file <br />Motion made by Commissioner Koetting and seconded by Commissioner Kleiman to approve the minutes of the <br />November 8, 2018 meeting as presented. <br />AYES: <br />Weigand, Lowrey, Kleiman, Koetting, Kramer <br />NOES: <br />None <br />ABSTAIN: <br />None <br />ABSENT: <br />Zak, Ellmore <br />STUDY SESSION <br />ITEM NO. 2 NEWPORT CROSSINGS MIXED-USE PROJECT (PA2017-107) <br />Site Location: 1701 Corinthian Way <br />Summary: <br />Development of a mixed-use residential project consisting of 350 residential dwelling units, 7,500 square <br />feet of commercial space and a 0.5 -acre public park. An existing commercial center called MacArthur <br />Square that is located on the 5.7 -acre project site would be demolished. Project implementation requires <br />the approval of the Site Development Review, Lot Line Adjustment and Affordable Housing <br />Implementation Plan. <br />1 of 12 <br />
