MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE <br />NEWPORT BEACH ZONING ADMINISTRATOR <br />03/14/2019 <br />to minimize any disturbances to adjacent properties. As conditioned, an unpermitted gate located in the front <br />setback will be removed, and the applicant will rehabilitate the area in the front setback with landscape designed <br />to screen cars from the street's view. Additionally conditioned is that no vehicle repair or maintenance will occur <br />on-site. <br />Applicant Patrick Persichini, on behalf of the M2 Marmont, LLC, stated that he had reviewed the draft resolution <br />and agrees with all of the required conditions. <br />The Zoning Administrator opened the public hearing. Seeing that no one from the public wished to comment, <br />the public hearing was closed. <br />Action: Approved <br />V. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON NON -AGENDA ITEMS <br />None. <br />VI.
