Mayor Dostal opened the public hearing regarding <br />Tract <br />Tentative Map of Tract No. 8725 (Revised), a request <br />8725 <br />to further alter the Tentative Map of Tract No. <br />8725, subdividing 170.3 acres for single - family <br />residential, condominium, open space, and public and <br />private recreational development in "Harbor Ridge," <br />Harbor View Hills. Property is bounded by existing <br />Spyglass Hill Development, the Bren III Development, <br />'Bioadmoor Seaview, San Miguel Drive, and the San <br />Joaquin Reservoir site (Sector IV of Harbor View <br />Hills); zoned P -C. <br />A report was presented from the Community Develop- <br />. <br />went Department. <br />Environmental Coordinator Bill Foley gave a staff <br />report. <br />David Neish of The Irvine Company addressed the <br />Council and stated they were in agreement with the <br />conditions imposed. <br />Jim Chavez addressed the Council regarding an <br />erosion problem in the easterly portion of the tract. <br />Mike Mohler, Project Engineer for The Irvine Company, <br />addressed the Council and stated that the erosion is <br />now controlled. <br />Motion <br />x <br />The hearing was closed after it was determined that <br />Ayes <br />x <br />x <br />x <br />no one else desired to be heard. <br />Abstain <br />Motion <br />x <br />The alterations to Tentative Map of Tract No. 8725 <br />Ayes <br />x <br />x <br />x <br />N <br />31 <br />were approved, subject to the conditions recommended <br />Abstain <br />K <br />by the Planning Commission. <br />ORDINANCES FOR SECOND READING AND ADOPTION: <br />1.
