AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH DECLARING
CERTAIN TERRITORY ANNEXED
THERETO TO BE A PART OF
FIRE DISTRICT NO. 3.
The Board of Trustees of the City
of Newport Beach do ordain as fol.
lows:
Section 1. All that territory and
portion of the city of Newport Beach l
which has heretofore been annexed tol
the City of Newport Beach by any and
all annexation proceedings, and which
•?.
now forms a part of said City, is here-
by declared to be a portion of Fire
District No. 3, as said fire district is
defined and established by Ordinance
No. 43 of the City of Newport Beach;
and all of the prvisions of said Ordi-
nance No. 43 which apply to and gov-
ern Fire District No. 3 are hereby de-
clared and determined to be applica-
ble to the said annexed territory and
portion of the City of Newport Beach.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and
after its final passage, and shall be
printed and published once in the New
port News, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and
circulated in the City of Newport

No. 151 was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Board of Trus.
tees of the City of Newport Beach
held on the 2nd day of June, 1919, and
on said day was signed and approve9
by the President of said Board of
Trustees, the same being passed by
the affirmative vote of the following
named members of said Board of Trus-
tees, to -wit:
