AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH DECLARING
THE OPERATION OR PLAYING'
OF ANY MUSICAL INSTRUMENT,I
DEVICE OR CONTRIVANCE FOR'
PRODUCING MUSIC, DURING I
CERTAIN HOURS OF THE NIGHT-
TIME TO CONSTITUTE A MISDE -,
MEANOR, AND PROVIDING A
PENALTY FOR ALL VIOLATIONS;
