SECTION 8. This Ordinance calling and other- wise relating to an election shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. The above and foregoing Ordinance was passed at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the city of Newport Beach at a meeting thereof held on the 9th day of April, 1923,. by the vote of the following named members thereof, to -wit Ayes, Trustees, J.
