ORDINANCF 70. 273
An Ordinance of the city of Newport Beach pr- scrihir.
who shall sign the licenses issued thereby and repealing
that portionof any ordinance in conflict herewith.
The Board of Trustees of the city of Newport Beach do
ordain as follows:
Section 1.
All licenses hereafter issued by the city of N- sporth
shall be signed by the President of the Board of Trustees and '
count - rsigned by the Marshal, a.s ex- officio Tax and License Col-
lector thereof. o
Section 2.
That portion of any ordinance in conflict with t is
ordinance is hereby repealed.
Section 3. .
This Ordinance shall be published once in NF700RT `7-01
and shall take effect and be in force thirty days after its ras-,-
age.
The above and foregoing Ordinance No. 273 was passed by
the Board of Trustees of the city of Ne-Nn ort Beach on the 19th :.cy
of January, 1925,by the following vote:

Noes, Trustees
Absent, Trustes
The above and foregoing Ordinance No. 273 is hereby
