S5 OF SAID CITY. <br />The Board of Trustees of the <br />City of Newport Beach do ordain <br />as follows: <br />SECTION' 1. <br />Section 2 of Ordinance No. 85 is <br />hereby amended so as to read as <br />follows: <br />SECTION 2, <br />It shall be unlawful for any per - <br />son, firm or corporation conduct- <br />`ing any billiard or pool room to <br />allow the Same to remain open or <br />j:D transact the bus iness therein <br />'of 'permitting persons to play at <br />any5*l bf' billiard table therein <br />between the hour of 1 o'clock A.
