TENTION NO. 333 OF THE SAID - CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AND ALL PROCEEDINGS HAD AND TAKEN THEREUNDER AND ALSO REPEALING ORDIN- ANCE NO. 342 OF SAID CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AND ALL PROCEEDINGS HAD AND TAK. EN THEREUNDER, AND VA. CATING, ANNULLING, SETTING ASIDE AND ABANDONING ALL PROCEEDINGS HAD OR TAKEN RELATIVE TO MUNICIPAL IM- PROVEMENT DISTRICT N0. 6 OF SAID CITY OF NEWPORTi BEACH. The City Council of the Citv of Newport Beach, do ordain as fol- lows: City Ilerk of Newport Beach. Section 1. Ordinance of Inten -I tion No. 333 of the City of Newport Beach, together with all proceed- ings had and taken thereunder, is hereby repealed. Section 2. Ordinance No. 342 of the City -of Newport Beach, to- gether with all proceedings had and taken thereunder, Is hereby repealed. Section 3. All proceedings of every nature and kind had or taken relative to or in connection with Municipal Improvement District, No 6 of the City of Newport Beach, are hereby annulled, vacated, set aside and abandoned. Section 4. This Ordinance Shall be printed and published once in Newport News, a newspaper print- ed, published and circulated in the City of Newport Beach and shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days after its passage. The above and foregoing Ordin ance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, held on the 4th day of February, 1929, and was finally passed and adopted on the 11th day of February, 1929, by said City Council at an adJourned regular meeting thereof, by the following vote, to -wit: AYES, COUNCILMEN: Hilmcr, Claire, Williamson, Mayor Johnson. NOES, COUNCILMEN: :None. 1 ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: P. B. Ellsworth. The above and foregoing ordin- ance is signed and approved by nre this 4th day of February, 1929. MARCUS J.
