The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach do ordain as fol.
Icws, to -wit:
SECTION 1.
It is hereby declared unlawful
for any person, firm or corpor-
ation outside the corporate limits
of the City of Newport Beach to
connect up with the City Sewer.
System of said city, without the
written consent of the City Council
of said City of Newport Beach.
SECTION 2.
It is hereby declared unlawful
for any person, firm or corporatiom
to use the City Sewer System of
said City of Newport Beach with-
out having first obtained a writ-
ten consent to do so from the City

only be granted for a period of not
exceeding one (1) year, and upon
such conditions and terms as the
