HomeMy WebLinkAbout400 - Public Alley DedicationORDINANCE NO. 400 I hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, held on the 29th day of February, 1932, and was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 7th day of March, 1932, by the following vote, to -wit: AYES: Councilmen Hilmer, Claire, Ellsworth, Garfield, • Johnson. NOES, Councilmen None ABSENT, Councilmen None. Attest; Alfred Smith City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach (Seal) The City Council of the City of Newport Beach do ordain • as follows: SECTION 1 The City of Newport Beach does hereby dedicate to the public for public alley purposes, the following described • real property situate in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit: All those portions of lots 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 of Block "G"; lots 3 to 6 inclusive and the northwesterly 26 feet of lot 2 of Block "H"; lots 1 to 6 inclusive, of Block "I "; Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, of Block "J "; lots 1 to 6 inclusive, of Block "K"; lots 4 to 6, inclusive, and the northwesterly 26 feet of lot 3 of Block "L"; lots 1 to 6 inclusive of Block "M "; and lots 1 and 2, and the southeasterly 26 feet of lot 3 of Block "N ", as said lots and Blocks are laid out and shown on a Map of "Seashore Colony Tract ", recorded in Book 7, page 25 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, lying between the northeasterly lines 15 feet to of said lots and a line southwesterly of and parallel said northeasterly line, and all that portion of lot 3, Block "G" of said Seashore Colony Tract lying between a line 2 feet southwesterly of and parallel to the northeasterly line of said lot 3 and a line 15 feet southwesterly of and parallel to said northeasterly line. SECTION 2 The City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach shall, after said Ordinance shall have been published, and after • said ordinance shall go into effect and be in force, as provided by Section 3 hereof, record a certified copy of said ordinance in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California. SECTION 3 The above and foregoing Ordinance shall be printed and published once in Newport News, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in the City of Newport Beach, and shall take effect and be in force thirty days after its passage.
