HomeMy WebLinkAbout504 - Corona del Mar Rezoning• • ORDINANCE NO. 504 The City of Newport Beach, by and through its City Council, does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Lots 2 and 4, in Block 731, Corona Del Mar, as shown by the distract map at- tached to Ordinance No. 440 of the City of Newport Beach, and made a part thereof, be and they are hereby re -zoned from an R -2 Dis- trict to a C -1 District. SECTION 2. The City Engineer of the City of Newport Beach is hereby instructed and directed to change the District Man so as to show said property above de- scribed in a C -1 District, and as Said District Map shall have been so amended, the same shall re- main in full force and effect and a part of Ordinance No. 440 of the City of Newport Beach and amend- ments thereto. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published once in the NEW. PORT- BALBOA PRESS, a news- paper printed and published and of general circulation in the City of Newport Beach, and the same shall be in force thirty days after its passage. The foregoing ordinance was in- troduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 6th day of October, 1941, and wis finally passed and adopted by sa'I City Council at an adjourned regu- lar meeting thereof held on t::e 20th day of October, 1941, by the following vote, to -wit: AYES, COUNCILMEN: Recd, Claire, Allen, Brown, Gordon. NOES, COUNCILMEN: None. ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None ATTEST: FRANK L. RINEHART, City Clerk. The above and foregoing ordi- nance is signed and approved by me this 20th day of October, 1941. IRVIN GEO.
