ORDINANCE NO. 570
The City of Newport Beach, by
and through its City Council, does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 525
Of the City of Newport Beach is
hereby amended, pursuant to Sec-
tion 3 of said Ordinance, by chang-
ing the boundaries of the District
as shown by Districting Map, Sec-
tion 8 thereof, in the following
particulars, to -wit:
Lots 19 and 20, Block 23, New-
port Beach Tract, City of New-
port Beach, are hereby changed
from R -2 Residence District to a
C -1 Commercial District.
SECTION 2: The above and
foregoing Ordinance No. 570 shall
be published once in the NEW-
PORT BALBOA NEWS- TIMES. a
newspaper of general circulation
printed, published and circulated
in the City of Newport Beach, and
Shall take effect and be in force
thirty days after its publication.
I hereby certify that the fore-
going Ordinance was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 8th day of
December, 1947, and was final-
ly passed and adopted on the 26th
day of January, 1948, by the City
Council at a regular meeting there-
of, by the following roll call vote,
to -wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: A 11 a n,
Siler, Isbell, Robertson, Reed.
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None.

City Clerk.
The above and foregoing is
signed and approved by me this
