r <br />0 <br />• <br />ORDINANCE NO. 886 <br />ORDINANCE CHANGING THE <br />NAME OF SAN BERNARDINO <br />AVENUE IN THE CITY OF <br />NEWPORT BEACH TO <br />RIVERSIDE AVENUE <br />The City Council of the City <br />of Newport Beach does ordain as <br />follows: <br />SECTION 1. That certain por- <br />tion of public street known as <br />San Bernardino Avenue and that <br />certain portion of public street <br />known as Cliff Drive, said portions <br />of said streets lying between the <br />State Highway and t h e south- <br />westerly prolongation of the <br />southeasterly I n e of Riverside <br />Avenue, in the City of Newport <br />Beach, as shown on a m a p of <br />Tract No. 1133, recorded in Map <br />Book 36, pages 13 and 14, records <br />of the County of Orange, State <br />of California, shall hereafter be <br />called and the name of said por- <br />tion of San Bernardino Avenue <br />and of said portion of Cliff Drive, <br />included as aforesaid, are hereby <br />declared to be Riverside Avenue. <br />SECTION 2. T h i a Ordinance <br />Shall be published once in t h e <br />Newport - Balboa Press, a n e w s- <br />paper printed and published and <br />of general circulation in the City <br />of Newport Beach, and the same <br />shall be in force thirty days after <br />its passage. <br />The foregoing Ordinance was <br />Introduced at a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City <br />of Newport Beach held on the 14th <br />day of February, 1949, and was <br />finally passed and adopted on the <br />28th day of February, 1949, at <br />a regular meeting of the City <br />Council by the following vote, to <br />wit: <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN <br />GREELEY <br />ROBERTSON <br />ISBELL <br />BLUE <br />DRAKE <br />NOES, COUNCILMEN <br />NONE <br />ABSENT, COUNCILMEN <br />NONE <br />ATTEST: <br />C.
