ORDINANCE NO. 604
ORDINANCE AMENDING
SECTION 10138 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
RELATING TO MOORING
The City Council of the City
of Newport Beach does hereby
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 10133 of
the Municipal Code of the City of
Newport Beach is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 10133. Same. Mater-
ial. All moorings shall be of
metal, or of such other mater-
ial as may be approved by the
City Council."
SECTION 2: This ordinance
shall be published at least once
in the Newport- Balboa Press, a
newspaper of general circulation
printed and published in the City
of Newport Beach, and shall be
In force and effect thirty (30)
days after the final passage
thereof.
I hereby certify that the above
and foregoing ordinance was in-
troduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach held on the 11th
day of July, 1949, and was finally
passed and adopted on the 25th
day of July, 1949, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Greeley,
Robertson, Blue, Drake
NOES, COUNCILMEN None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN Isbell
DICK DRAKE
Mayor
