ORDINANCE NO. 632
ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC-
TION 4106 OF THE MUNiICI-
PAL CODE OF TILE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH PROVID-
ING FOR THE REGULATION
OF DOGS ON PRIVATE
ROADS.
SECTION 1: Section 4106 of the
Municipal Code of the City of
Newport Beach is hereby amended
to 'read as follows:
"Section 4106: Animals at Large.
No person having control, charge
or custody of any fowl, dog or
other animal, shall permit the
same to stray, or run, or be at
large in or upon any public street
or other public place within the
City, or upon any private road, or
upon the premises of another
Without the permission of the
owners of such premises, and any
such fowl, dog or other animal
found at large in any such place
shall be impounded as herein pro-
vided."
SECTION 2: This Ordinance
shall be published once in the
Newport - Balboa Press, a news-
paper printed and published and of
general circulation in the City of
Newport Beach, and shall be in
force and effect thirty (30) days
after the final passage thereof.
The above and foregoing ordi-
nance was introduced at a regu-
lar meeting of the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach held
on the 30th day or October, 1950,
End was finally passed and adopt-
ed on the 13th day of November
1950, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES, Councilmen: Finch,
Drake, Greeley, Blue, Isbell
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: None.
