HomeMy WebLinkAbout660 - Places for Posting Public Notices• 4 Ordinance No. 660 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISH- ING PLACES FOR POSTING PUBLIC NOTICES The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does ordain as fol- lows: SECTION 1: There is hereby added to the Municipal Code of the City of Newport Beach Section 1308.1 to read as follows: "Section 1308.1. All notices re- quired by law to be posted in a public place, or places, shall be posted as follows: One on the Bul- letin Board of the City Hall of the City of Newport Beach; One on the Bulletin Board of the United States Post Office in Corona del Mar; and One on the Bulletin Board of the United States Post Office in Balboa. SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be published once in the New- port Harbor Ensign, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and Published in the City of Newport Beach, and the same shall be in force and effect 30 days after this passage. The foregoing ordinance was in- troduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 14th day of April, 1952, and was finally passed and adopted on the 23rd day of June, 1952 by the following vote, to wit: AYES, Councilmen: Miller, Finch, Horvath, Isbell, Smith. NOES, Councilmen: None ABSENT, Councilmen: None A. W. SMITH ATTEST: Mayor C. K. PRIEST City Clerk Publish: June 26, 1952 -in the Newport Harbor Ensign. T i .
