AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY -
OF NEWPORT BEACH DT!DI-
CATING AND ESTABLISHING
CERTAIN PROPERTY AS AN
ALLEY.
The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does ordain as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1: Lot 29, Block 15,
Section "B," Newport Beach, as
shown on a map recorded in Book
4, page 27 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia, is hereby designated and
dedicated as a public alley, so as
to constitute an easterly extension
of the existing alley lying between
the property fronting on Balboa
Boulevard to the north, the pro-
perty fronting on Ocean Front
to the South, and running easterly
from 16th Street on the west.
SECTION ,2: This Ordinance
shall be published once in the
Newport- Balboa Press, a newspa-
per of general circulation, printed
and published in the City of New-
port Beach, and the same shall
be in full force and effect 30 days'
after this publication.
The foregoing Ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach. he'.d on the 23rd
day of February, 1.954, and was
finally passed and adopted on the
2nd day of March, 1.954, by the.l
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen: Smith,
Finch, Isbell, Bennett, Miller.
NOES, Councilmen: None
ABSENT Councilmen: None
