AN OR- DINANCE OF TIME CITY
OF NFWPORT BEACH
CHANGING THE NA31E OF A
PORTION OF BEACON
STREET.
The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does ordain as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1: The name of all
that portion of Beacon Street
within the City'of Newport Beach
lying between the Northeasterly
prolongation o= the Northwesterly
line of Lot 11, Block 12, as shown
upon a map of Newport Heights,
recorded in Miscellaneous Map
Book 4, page 94. Records of Or-
ange County and the Northwest -
erly line of Riverside Avenue, as
shown upon said Man of Newport
I{ eights, is hereby changed from i
Beacon Street to Cliff Drive.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance
shall be published once in the
Newport- Balboa Press, a netvspa-
per of general circulation, printed
and published in th°_' City of New-
port Beach. and the same shall be
in full force and effect 30 days
after this publication.
The foregoing Ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of
Newport $each, held on. the 23rd
day of February, 1954, and was
finally passed and adopted on the
2nd day of March, 1954, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES, Councilmen: Smith,
Finch, Isbell, Bennett, Miller.
NOES, Councilmen: None
