AN ORDINANCE AMUNDINO

NIGIPAL CODE, ADDING
CAMPFIRE A R F. A No. 9
THERETO.
The City Council bf"the City of
Newport Beach does hereby ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 3112 of the
Municipal Code of the City of
Newport Reach is hereby amended
by adding thereto Campfire Area
No. 9, to read as follows:
"CAMPFIRE AREA NO. 9
A parcel of land 200 feet in
width lying 100 feet each side
of the following described cen-
ter line; beginning at a point
in the southwesterly prolong-
ation of the center line of 'B"
Street, said point tieing 305
feet southwesterly of t h e
southwesterly line of Ocean
Front, thence southwesterly
along said southwesterly pro-
longation to the high tide line
Of the Pacific Ocean."
SECTION 2: This Ordinance
shall be published once In the
Newport- Balboa Press, a newspa-
per of general circulation, print-
ed and published in the City of
Newport Beach, and the same
shall be in full force and effect
30 days after this publication.
The above and foregoing Ordi-
nance was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the
.City of Newport''Beach, held on
the 22nd day-W March,- 1954, and
was finally, pabAd and "adopted on
