The City Council o City of
Newport Beach does reby or-
dain as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 9103.61 (c)
is hereby amended to read as fol-
lows:

SECTION 2: There is hereby
added to Section 9103.62 of the
Municipal Code, Section 9103.62
(d) to read as follows:
"(d) Storage of inflammable li-
quids, subject to the applicant for
the Use Permit first securing a
Certificate of - Approval from the
City Firs Department.
SECTION 3: There is hereby
added to Section 9103.72 of the
Municipal Code, Section 9103.72
,(d) to read as follows:
"(d) Storage ` of inflammable
liquids, subject to the applicant
for the Use Permit first securing
a Certificate of Approval from the
City Fire Department"
SECTION 4: This Ordinance
shall be published once in the
Newport - Balboa Press, a newspa-
per of general circulation, print-
ed and published in the City of
Newport Beach,,: and the same shall
be in full d effect 30 days
after this .
