ORDINANCE NO. 732
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
SECTION 9102.2 OF THE MU-
NICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH,
CHANGING THE ZONING OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY.
The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does hereby or-
dain as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 9102.2 of
the Municipal Code of the City
of Newport Beach is hereby
amended by adding the follow-
ing:
"That the following described
property lying in the City of
Newport Beach, County of Or-
ange, State of California, par-
ticularly described as follows:
Lot 19 of Tract No. 1135 as
shown upon a map recorded in
Miscellaneous Maps, Book 37,
Page 18, Records of Orange
County, California as shown on
Sheet No. 6 of the District Map
attached to Ordinance No. 635
and referred to in Section 9102.2
of the Municipal Code, and made
a part thereof, be, and it is here-
by rezoned from a R -1 District
to a C -1 -11 District."
SECTION 2: That the City En-
gineer of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby instructed and
directed to change and add to
the above District Map so as to
show the zoning of said property
as above established, and, as
said District Map has been so
amended, the same shall be and
remain in full force and effect
as a part of Ordinance No. 635
of the City of Newport Beach
and Section 9102.2 of the Muni-
cipal Code of the City of New-
port Beach.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance
shall be published once in the
Newport Harbor Ensign, a news-
paper of general circulation,
printed and published in the
City of Newport Beach, and the
same shall be in full force and
effect 30 days after the passage
thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach, on the 27th
day of September, 1954, and was
finally passed and adopted on
the 13th day of October, 1954, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Broer-
ing, Smith, Bennett, Hill.
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None.
