ORDINANCE NO. 735
AN ORDINANCE AMEND-
ING SECTION 9102.2 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH,
CHANGING THE ZONING
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY. -
The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does hereby or-
dain as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 9102.2 of
the Municipal Code of the City
of Newport Beach is, hereby
amended by adding the follow-
ing:
"That the following described
property lying in the City of
Newport Beach, County of Or-
ange, State of California, particu.
larly described as follows:
Lots 39, 40, 41, 46, 47 and 48
of Tract No. 682 as shown
upon a map recorded in Mis.
cellaneous Maps, Book 20,

SECTION 2: That the City
Engineer of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby instructed and
directed to change and add to
the above District Map 'so as to
show the zoning of said property
as above established, and, as
said District Map has been so
amended, the same shall be and
remain in full force and effect
as a part of Ordinance No. 635
of the City of Newport Beach and
Section 9102.2 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Newport
Beach.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance
shall be published once in the

Newport Harbor Ensign, a news-
paper of general circulation,
printed and published in the City
of Newport Beach, and the same
shall be in full force and effect
30 days after the passage thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, held on the 27th
day of December, 1954, and was
finally passed and adopted on
the 10th day of January, 1953,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, Councilmen: Broering,
Smith, Bennett, Ridderhof, Hiil.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
Absent Councilmen- None.
