The City Council of the City of:

the property described as Lots 1:
and 2, Block 5 of East Newport
Tract, be and it is hereby amend-
ed in zoning from an R -2 District.
to an R -3 District. I
The above and foregoing ordin,
ance shall be published once m the
Newport - Harbor News - Press, a
newspaper of general circulation,
printed and published and circu-
lated in the City of Newportl
Beach, and the same shall be in
full force and effect 30 days after
this passage.
