This space is for the County Clerk's Filing Stamp ORDINA \CE NO. 763 WHEREAS, the City Charter of The City of Newport Beach pro- vides that'when any territory is annexed to the City of Newport Beach, the City Council shall, by t ordinance, add the territory to the adjacent district or districts; and WHEREAS, certain territories referred to as "Upper Bay Annex" and "First Addition to Irvine Ter- race Annex" have been annexed to the City of Newport Beach; and WHEREAS, the territory re- ferred to as "Upper Bay Annex" is adjacent to the Third District - - - -- and Fourth District; and WHEREAS, the territory refer -as' red to as "First Addition to Irvine Terrace Annex" is adjacent to the O Seventh District; Sl NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Newport 1 Beach does ordain as follows: SECTION 1.
