REAL, PROPERTY IN THE
C�Tr- Os' NEWPORT REACH.
The, Oily Council of the Qity of
Newport Beach does ordain as ful-
1 lows:
SECTION 1: That Section 9102.2
of Article IX_ of the Municipal
Code of the City 'of Newport Beach 1
is hereby amended as follows:
That Lots 4 and 5, Blbck H of
Tract 323, as shown on the Dis-
trict Map attached to Ordinance
No. 635 and referred to in Section
9102.2 of said Municipal Code, and
made a part thereof be, and they
are hereby, re -zoned from a C -1
District to a.0 -1.H District.
SECTION 2: That the City
Engineer of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby -- instructed and
directed to oharl, Al�B above Dis-
trict Map so as to show the zon-
ing changes des7,rihcd in Section 1
hereof, and said District Map shall
have been so amended, the same
shall remain in fidl,fo: -ce and ef-
fect anti be a prit, of Ordinance
No. 635 of the 0!y of Ncwport
Beach and Section 9102.2 of the
Municipal Code of the City of
Newport Beach.
SECTION 3: This ordinance
shall be published at least once In
the Newport Harbor News- Press,
a newspaper of general circulation,
printed and published and circulat-
cd in the City of Newport Beach,
sand the -same shall be in full force
and effect , 30 days after this
passage. '
The above and foregoing ordin-
ance was introduced at a regular,
meeting of the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach held on the
27th .day of February, 1956 and
was finally passed and adopted on
the 12 day.of March, 1956, by the
following vote, to wit: -
