REAL. PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH.
The City Council of the -City
This spoof Newport Beach does ordain Filing Stamp
as follows:
SECTION 1: That Section
9102.2 of Article IX of the Muni-
cipal Code of the City of New-
port Beach is hereby amended as
follows:
That a portion of Lot 1 in
Section 2 of Township 7 South,
Range ' 10 West, described as
follows:
Commencing at a point in
the southwesterly prolonga-
tion of a line 35 feet south -
feasterly from the most north-
erly corner. of Lot 9, Block
22 of the Eastside Addition
to tpe Balboa Tract as per
map recorded in Book 4,
Page. 20 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange
1 County and parallel to the
Affida' northwesterly line of said
Lot 9, which point of begin-
ning is 100 feet southwest-
erly from the northeasterly
line' of said Lot 9, thence

aforesaid southwesterly pro-
longation, 102.42 feet; thence
south 69° 59' east 135 feet
to a point in the southwest-

R -3 District to an R4 Districts
and that said lot, which has been
divided into three individual lots,'
have a front yard setback of five'
feet.
SECTION 2: That the City En-
gineer of the City of Newport'
Beach is hereby instructed and
directed to change the above
District Map, so as to show the
zoning changes described in Sec -
tion 1 hereof, and as said Dis- i
trict Map shall have been so i
amended, the same shall remain l
in full force and effect and be a
part of Ordinance No. 635 of the
City of Newport Beach and Sec-
tion 9102.2 of the Municipal Code
of the City. of Newport Beach:
SECTION 3: This ordinance
shall be published at least once
in the Newport Harbor News -
Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed and publish-
ed and circulated in the City of
Newport Beach, and the same
shall be in full force and effect
30 days afterethis passage.
The above and foregoing ordin-
ance was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of
the City of ,Newport Beach held
on the 28th day of May, 1956,
and was finally'passed and adopt-
. ed on the 11th day of June, 1956,
by the following vote, to wit:
