ORDINANCE NO. 800
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING
THE ZONING OF CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
The city council of the city of
Newport Beach does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: That Section
9102.2 of Article IX of the Muni-
cipal Code of the city of Newport
Beach is hereby amended as fol-
lows:
Tract 1763, as per map re-
corded in Book 52, page 11, Tract
1805, as per map recorded in
Book 61, page 40, and Tract 1806,
as per map recorded in Book 72,
page 32, records of Orange Coun-
ty, be, and each of said tracts is
hereby re -zoned from a U District
to an R -1 -13 District
SECTION 2: That the city engi-
neer of the city of Newport Beach
is hereby instructed and directed
to change_ the above District Map
so as to show the zoning changes
described in Section 1 hereof,
and as said District Map shall
have been so amended, the same
shall remain in full force and
effect and be a part of Ordinance
• No. 635 of the city of Newport
Beach and Section 9102.2 of the
Municipal Code of the city of
Newport Beach.
SECTION 3: This ordinance
shall be published at least once
in the Newport Harbor Ensign,
a newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed and published and
circulated in the city of New-
port Beach and the same shall
be in full force and effect 30
days after this passage.
The above and foregoing or-
dinance was introduced at a reg-
ular meeting of the city council
of the city of Newport Beach held
on the 27th day of August, 1956,
and was finally passed and
adopted on the 11th day of Sep-
tember, 1956, by the following
_ vote, to -wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Hart,
MacKay, Wilder, Stoddard, Hig-
bie, Hill.
NOES COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: Rid -
derhof.
