ORDINANCE NO. 806
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH
AMENDING SECTION 9105.1(f)
OF CHAPTER 5 OF ARTICLE IX
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
NEWPORT BEACH.
The city council of the city of
Newport Beach does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: That Section
9105.1(f) of Chapter 5 of Article
IX of the Municipal Code of the
city of Newport Beach be amend-
ed to read as follows:. .
"Section 9105.1(f). Churches,
schools, hospitals, parks and
playgrounds,' yacht clubs,
cemeteries (Minimum area
twenty (20 acres), mauso-
leums, crematories, public
utility, public and quasi -
public buildings, and Munic-
ipally Operated Parking Lot
may be permitted in any
District, subject to first se-
curing a Use Permit in each
case." n
SECTION 2: This ordinance
shall be published at least once
In the Newport Harbor Ensign; a
newspaper of general circulation,
printed and published and circu-
lated in the city of Newport
Beach and the same shall be in
full force and effect 30 days after
this passage.
The above and foregoing ordi-
nance was introduced at a regu•
larly adjourned meeting of the
city council of the city of New-
port Beach held on the 21st day
of December, 1956, and was fi-
nally passed and adopted on the
14th day of January, 1957, by the
following vote, to -wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Hart,
MacKay, Stoddard, Higbie,
Ridderhof, Hill
NOES; COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN:
Wilder
