ORDINANCE NO. 807
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING
THE ZONING OF CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
The city council of the city of
Newport Beach does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: That Section 9102.2
of Article IX of the Municipal
Code of the city of Newport
Beach is hereby amended as
follows:
Tract 3068, as per map recorded
in Book 93, pages 9, 10 and 11,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California, be,
and it is, hereby re -zoned from
a U District to an R -1 -B District.
SECTION 2: That the city engi-
neer of the city of Newport Beach
is hereby instructed and directed
to change the District Map so as
to show the zoning changes de- .
scribed in Section 1 hereof, and
as said District Map shall have
been so amended, the same shall
remain in full force and effect
and be a part of Ordinance No.
635 of the city of Newport Beach
and Section 9102.2 of the Munici-
pal Code of the city of Newport
Beach.,
SECTION 3: This ordinance
shall be published at least once
in the Newport Harbor Ensign; a
newspaper of general circulation,
printed and published and circu-
lated in the city of Newport
Beach and the same shall be in
full force and effect 30 days
after this passage. -
The above and foregoing ordi-
nance was introduced at a regu.
larly adjourned meeting of the
city council of the city of New-
port Beach held on the 21st day
of December, 1956, and was fi•
nally passed and adopted on the
14th day of January, 1957, by the
following vote. to -wit:

Hart, MacKay, Stoddard,
Higbie, Ridderhof, Hill
NOES. COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN:
Wilder
