ORDINANCE NO. 813
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING
THE ZONING OF CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: That Section 9102.2
of Article IX of the Municipal
Code of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby amended as
follows:
That the following described
real property, to wit:
Beginning at a point in the
boundary line of the City of
Newport Beach, said point be-
ing the southwest corner of
Lot 1112, Newport Mesa Tract,
as shown upon a map recorded
in Book 5, Page 1, of Miscel-
laneous Maps, Records of
Orange County, California;
thence easterly along the
southerly line of said Lot 1112
and along the southerly line
of Lot 1012 of said Newport
Mesa Tract to the southeast
corner of said Lot 1012;
thence northerly along the
easterly line of said Lot 1012
to the northeast corner thereof;
thence easterly along the west.

SECTION 2: That the Director
of Public Works of the City of
Newport Beach is hereby in.
structed and directed to change
the District Map so as to show
the zoning changes described in
Section 1 hereof, and as said
District Map shall have been so
amended, the same shall remain
in full force and effect and be
a part of Ordinance No. 635 of
the City of Newport Beach and
Section 9102.2 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Newport
Beach.
SECTION 3: This ordinance
shall be published at least once
in the Newport Harbor Ensign,
a newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed and published and
circulated in the City of New-
port Beach and the same shall
be in full force and effect 30
days after this passage.
The above and foregoing ordi-
nance was introduced at a regu-
lar meeting of the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach
held on the 25th day of February,
1957, and was finally passed and
adopted on the 11th day of
March, 1957, by the following
vote, to wit:
