ORDINANCE NO. 815
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
SECTION 3250.1, SUBSECTION
ENTITLED "NEWPORT BEACH,"
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH,
PROVIDING FOR THE DESIG-
NATION OF ONE -WAY STREETS.
The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. That Subsection
entitled "Newport Beach" of Sec
tion 3250.1 of the Municipal Code
of the City of Newport Beach be
amended to read as follows:
"Newport Beach
"South side of Balboa Blvd.
from McFadden Street to Alvara-
do Street. Easterly bound traffic
only.
"North side of Balboa Blvd.
from Alvarado Street to McFad-
den Street. Westerly bound traf.
fic only.
"Thirty- second Street between
Balboa Blvd. and Marcus Ave.
Northeasterly bound traffic only.
"Thirty -third Street between
Marcus Ave. and Balboa Blvd.
Southwesterly bound traffic only.
"Thirty -six Street between Mar-
cus Ave, and Balboa Blvd. South-
west bound traffic only.
"Via Oporto between Via Lido
and 32nd Street. South bound
traffic only."
SECTION 2. This ordinance
shall be,published at least once
in the Newport Harbor Ensign, a
newspaper of general circulation,
printed and published and circu.
lated in the City of Newport
Beach and the same shall be in
full force and effect 30 days
after this passage.
The above and foregoing ordi-
nance was re- introduced at a
regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 25th day of
March, 1957 and was finally
passed and adopted on the 8th
day of April, 1957, by the fol-
lowing vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Hart, Wil-
der, MacKay, Higbie, Stoddard,
Ridderhof, Hill.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
