ORDINANCE NO. 821
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING
THE ZONING OF CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY IN THE
-
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH.
The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: That S e c t i o n
9102.2 of Article IX of the Muni.
cipal Code of the City of New -
port Beach is hereby amended
as follows:
That the following described
real property in the City of New.
port Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, to -wit:
Lot 1201, First Addition to
Newport Mesa Tract as shown
upon a map recorded in Book
5, page 1 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange Coun-
ty, California;
as shown on the District Map
attached to Ordinance No. 635
and referred to in Section 9102.2
of said Municipal Code and made
a part thereof be, and the same
is, hereby re -zoned from a U
District to an M -1 -A District.
SECTION 2: That the Director
of Public Works of the City of
Newport Beach is hereby in.
structed and directed to change
the District Map so as to show
the zoning changes described in
•
Section 1 hereof, and as said Dis-
trict Map shall have been so
amended, the same shall remain
in full force and effect and be a
part of Ordinance No. 635 of the
City of Newport Beach and Sec-
tion 9102.2 of the Municipal Code
of the City of Newport Beach.
SECTION 3: This ordinance
shall be published at least once
in the Newport Harbor Ensign, a
newspaper of general circulation,
printed and published and cir-
culated in the City of Newport
Beach and the same shall be in
full force and effect 30 days after
this passage.
The above and foregoing ordi-
nance was introduced at a regu-
lar meeting of the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach
held on the 22nd, day of April,
1957, and was finally passed and
adopted on the 13th day of May,
1957, by the following vote, to-
wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Hart,
Wilder, MacKay, H i g b i e,
Stoddard. Hill.
