ORDINANCE NO. 827
AN ORDINANCE: CHANGING
THE ZONING OF CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF NEWPORT REACH
The City Council of the City
of Newport Beach does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1: That Section
9102.2 of Article IX of the Mun-
icipal Cede of tha City of New-
port Beach is hereby amended
as follows:
That the following described
real property in the City of
Newport Beach. County of Or-
ange, State of California, to
wit:
Lots 1 to 180, inclusive, and
lots 183, 184 and 185 in Tract
No. 2813, as per map recorded
In Miscellaneous Map Book
94, Pages 45. 48 and 47. Rec-
ords of said Orange County.
as shown on the District Map,
attached to Ordinance No. 835
and as referred to in Section
9102.2 of said Municipal Code
and made a part thereof be, find
the same is, hereby re -zoned
from a. U District to an R -1
District.
SECTION 2: That the Direc-
tor of Public Works oC the City
of Newport Beach ii hereby in-
structed and directed to change,
the District Map so as to show
the zoning changes described in
Section I hereto, and as said
District Map shall have been so
amended. the same shall remain
in full force and effect and be
a part of Ordinance No. 635 of
the City of Newpwt Beach and
Section 9102.2 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Newport
Beach.
SECTION 3: This ordinance
shall be published at least once
in the Newport Harbor News
Press. a newspaper of general
circulation, pr i n t e d, published
and circulated in the Cit^ of
Newport Beach and the same
shall be in full force and effect i
30 days after this passage.
The above and foregoing ordi-
nance was introduced at a regu-
lar meeting of the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach
held on the 8th day of July,
1957, and was finally passers and
adopted on the 22 day of July.
1957, by the following vote, to
