ORDINANCE NO, 833
WHEREAS, the City Charter
of the City of Newport Beach
provides that when any territory
is annexed to the City 6f New-
port Beach, the City Council
shall, by ordinance, add the ter-
ritory to the adjacent distriek er
districts: and
WHEREAS, certain territory
referred to as "Superior AVenue
Annex" has been annexed tp the
City of Newport Beach; and
WHEREAS, the territory re-
ferred to as "Superior Avenue
Annex" is adjacent to the First I{
District and the Fourth District;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City
Council of the City of Newport
Beach does ordain as follows:
That the territory referred to
as "Superior Avenue Annex" be
,divided and added to the First
District and the Fourth District.
That the First'l*effictdesig-
hated in Secti,rina 109E of the
Charter of the: City of', Newport
Beach shall include all than por-
tion in the City included within
the following described boundary.
