AN ORDINANCE :Ya(ENDING
SECTIONS 6113.1 (c) and
6202.5 OF ARTICLE VI OF
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
TILE CITY OF NE\ \'PORT
BEACH
The City Council of the City
of Newport Beach does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: Section 6113.1
Affidavit (e) of Article VI of the Munl-
cipal Code of the City of New-
port Beach is hereby amended to
read as follows;
"Section 6113.1 (c) Exception
as to Penny Arcades. Until Jan
uary 1, 1958, Section 6113.1 of
this Code shall not apply to the
keeping, maintenance, possession
or control in any duly licensed
....................... penny arcade in the City of New -.
port Beach of any' of the ma-
chines, games or devices as set
forth in Section 611:3.1, All such
games and devices in such duly
licensed places of amusement.
and the owners, operators. or
ppssessors thereof shall. 110

SECTION 2: Section 6202.5 of
Article VI of the Municipal Code

SECTION 3: That this ordin-
ance is hereby declared by the
