AN ORDINANCE CHANGING
THE ZONING OF CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY IN THE'
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH - -....
The City Council of the City
of Newport Beach does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: That Section
9102.2 of Article LX of the Muni- ........
cipal Code of the City of New-'
port Beach is hereby amended

Beginning at a point in the
boundaty line of the City of
Newport Beach, said point
being the southwest corner
of Lot 1213 as shown upon a
map of the First Addition to
Newport Alesa Tract record-
ed in Miscellaneous Map
Book 8, Page 61, Records of
Orange County, California;
thence southeasterly along
the southwesterly line of
Lot 1014 as shown upon said
map to the southwest corner
thereof; thence easterly
along the southerly line of
said Lot 1014, Lot 914, Lot
814, Lot 714 and Lot 614 to
the southeast corner of said
Lot 514, as said Lots are
shown upon said map pf
First Addition to Newport
Mesa Tract; Thence South-
westerly along the south-
easterly line of Lot 715 and
Lot 716 as shown upon said
map of First Addition to
Newport Mesa Tract to a
point of an intersection with
a line lying southwesterly
of, parallel to, and distant
699.00 feet from the south-
westerly line of that certain
parcel of land granted to

from a U District to a M -1 -A
District.
SECTION 2: That the City
Engineer of the City of Newport

hereof and as said District Map
shall have been so amended, the

and effect and be a part of
Ordinance No. 635 of the City
of Newport Beach and Section
9102.2 of the Municipal Code of
the City of Newport Beach.
SECTION 3: This ordinance
shall be published at least once
in the Newport Harbor News
Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published
and circulated in the City of
Newport Beach and the same
shall be in full force and effect
30 days after this passage.
The above and foregoing or-
dinance was introduced at a
regular meeting of the Cite
Council of the City of Newport
-Beach held on the 14th day of
October, 1957, and was finally
passed and adopted on the 28th
day of October, '1957, by the
following vote, to-wit:
AYES, COLYNCILMEN: Hart,
Wilder, MacKay; Stoddard, Hig-
bie, Ridderhof, .Hill
