CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
AMENDING SECTION 9102.2
OF THE NEWPORT BEACH
MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING AND SET-
BACK LINES
The City Council of the City
of Newport Beach does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 9102.2 of
the Newport Beach Municipal.
Code is amended to establish the
building set -back lines for the
hereinafter described real prop-
erty in the City of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State
of California, as follows:
(a) That the front building
set -back line for Tract 3277, as
per map recorded in Miscellan-
eous Map Book 101, Page 13,
Records of said Orange County,
shall be ten feet (10') from the
most Southeasterly line of Lots
1, 2, 3 and 4 of said Tract.
(b) That the rear building
set -back line for Tract 3277,_ as
per map recorded in Miscellan-
eous Map Book 101, Page 13,
Records of said Orange County,
shall be no feet (0') along the
most Northwesterly line of Lots
1, 2, 3 and 4 of said Tract.
SECTION 2: Section 9102.2 of
the Newport Beach Municipal
Code is amended as follows:
