AMENDING DISTRICT MAP
NO. 21- ADOPTED BY SEC-
TION No, 9102.2 OF THE
NEWPORT BEACH MUNICI-
PAL CODE RELATING TO

The Citv Council of the City
of Newport Beach does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1: The following
described real property in,,, the
City of Newport Beach. County,
'of Orange, State of California,
to wit:
Lot 04 in Tract 1701, as
per map recorded in Book
52, pages 9 and 10,. of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, Records of
Orange County, California,
as shown on District Map No.
24 attached to Ordinance Nn-
635 and as referred to in Sec-
tion 9102.2 of the Newport
Beach Municipal Code and made
"a part of Article IX of said
Code, be, and the same is, here-
by rezoned from an R -1 to an
Uncle.asified District and said
Map No. 24 is hereby amended
to show this zoning change.
SECTION 2: The City Engin-
e eer of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby instructed and
directed to change District Map
No. 24 so as to show the zon-
ing change described in Section
1 hereof, and, as said District
Map shall have been so amend-
ed, the same shall remain in full
force and effect and be a part
of Ordinance No. 635 of the City
of Newport Beach and Article
IX of the Newport Beach Muni-
' cipal Code.
SECTION 3: This ordinance
shall be published once in the
ATewport Harbor News Press. a
newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed and published in
the City of Newport Beach, and
the same shall be effective 30
days after the date of i�s.adop-
tlnn.
This ordinance was ,introduced
at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 27th day of
July, 1959, and was adopted on
the 10th tray of August, 1959,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Kings-
ley, Atkinson, Higbie, Stod-
dard, Hart, Lorenz, Sbmers.
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT COUNCILMEN:
None.
