Trustee '.iilson introduced an Ordinance declaking the
�Intertiorr of thn °oard of Trustees of the City of Yewport Beach to
iden in part certgin alleys in said city, describing the improvement
nd land necessary to be taken therefor, and specifying* the boundarie
f the district to be benefitted by the improvement and to be assesse
�o pay the expenses thereof and to be (mown as the Assessment Distric
irectinp the Street Superintendent to post end publish notice of
ublic worit and designating a netiispaper for that purpose.
The ordinance rras ordered filed, read, considered, designated
ordinance S:o. 196 and submitted to the City Attorney.
Ordinance No. 196 was introduced on February 14, 1922; but
never had its second reading.
