ORDINANCE NO. 966
AN ORDINANCE O F T H E
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ESTABLISHING A SETBACK
LINE AND AMENDING DIS-
TRICT MAP NO. 26
The City Council of the City.
of Newport Beach does ordain i
as follows:
SECTION 1. District Map No.'
26 referred to in Section 9102.2
of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code and made a part of Article
DC of said Code is amended, and
the following building setback
line is hereby established for the
hereinafter described real prop-
erty in the City of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State
of California, as follows:
The front building setback line
for Lots 1 to S, inclusive, in
Tract 4106. as per map recorded
in Bcok 145. page 46, of Miscel
laneous Maps. Records of Or-
ange County, California, shall be
eight feet (6').
SECTION 2. The Planning
Director of the City of Newport
,Beach is hereby instructed and
,directed to change District Map
No. 26 so as to show the build-
ing setback line established in
,,Section 1 hereof, and, as said
lDistrict Map shall have been so
amended, the same shall remain
in full force and effect and be a
part of Article IX of the New-
port Beach Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. This ordinance
'shall be published once in the
official newspaper of the City,
and the same shall be effective
30 days after the date of its
adoption.
This ordinance was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 26th day of
June, 1961. and was adopted on
the 10th day of July. 1961, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES, Councilmen: Kingsley,
Atkinson, Cook. Stoddard,
Hart, Lorenz, Somers
NOES. Councilmen. None
ABSENT Councilman: None
