AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
REZO NRN G PROPERTY
AND AMENDING DISTRICT
MAP NO. 32
The City Council of the City
of Newport Beach does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. The following
described real property 1n Lhej
City of Newport Beach, County
of Orange, State of California,
to wit:
Lots 1 to 54, Inclusive,
Tract 3660, as per map re-
corded in Book 144, pages 9,
10 and 11, of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange
County, California,
as shown on District Map No.
32 referred to in Section 9102.2
of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code and made a part of Article
IX of said Code, be, and the
same is, hereby rezoned from
an Unclassified District to an
R -1 -B District, and said Map
No. 32 is hereby amended to
show this zoning change.
SECTION 2. The Planning
Director of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby instructed and
directed to change District Map
No. 32 so as to show the zoning
change described in Section 1
hereof, and, as said District
Map shall have been so amend-
ed, the same shall remain in full
force and effect and be a part
of Article IX of the Newport
Beach Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. This ordinance
shall be published once in the of-
ficial newspaper of the City, and.
the same shall be effective 30 j
days after the date of its adop -;

This ordinance was Introduced
at an adjourned regular meet-
ing of the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach held on
the 17th day of July, 1961, and
was adopted on the 14th day of
August, 1961, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: King-
sley, Atkinson, Cook, Hart, Lor-
enz.
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None.
