ORDINANCE NO. 1025 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AMEND- ING SECTION 9103.96 OF THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE ESTABLISHING OFF - STREET PARKING REQUIRE- MENTS IN M-1-A DISTRICTS The City Councilof the City of Newport Beach does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. Section 9103. 96 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code is amended to read: "SECTION 9103.96. Off - Street Parkingfor Automobiles R' .wired. . Oir-street parking and load- ing on the building site shall be required in M-1 -A Districts according to the following formula: 1: A minimum of one (1) parking space shall be provided for each 350, square feet of gross floor area in any build- ing. 2. Location and layout of off - street parkingshall be ap- proved by the Architectural Control Committee. 3. All Loading and unload- ing operations and parking of trucks shall be provided for and performed on the prem- ises. " SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published once in the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be effective 30 days after the date of its adoption. This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 14th day of January, 1963, and was adopted on the 28th day of January, 1963, bythe following vote, to wit: AYES, COUNCILMEN: Gruber, Cook, Hart, Lorenz, Marshall.
